Duck Blood Tofu Roasted Meatballs

Cut tofu into pieces and soak in brine, cut duck blood into pieces, wash and drain

Add 5ml light soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, five-spice powder, cornstarch to the minced meat and stir well, then pour in 10ml edible oil and stir evenly

Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, mince garlic, and cut green pepper into circles

Mix a small bowl of sauce, 20ml light soy sauce, salt, sugar, water, and mix well

Minced meat is squeezed into small meatballs by hand

The water in the pot makes the soup without boiling. While making the meatballs, put it into the soup pot. Don’t boil, so as not to boil. It can be boiled after being cooked.

Cook the meatballs and remove them for later use. You can make more meatballs at one time, or use them next time in the refrigerator

Saute the spices in a hot oil pan

Add duck blood and fry for a while

Add tofu, appropriate amount of meatballs, pour in the sauce and cover, simmer for 5 minutes

Add the chili peppers and cook for a while to get out of the pot
Tips:
If you like the spicy taste, you can add a handful of peppercorns, a few more peppers, and it will be more spicy if you saute with the spices
