Dumplings

Wash the leeks, dry them, chop them and put them in a basin.

Wash and chop the green onions and put them in a basin.

Put the flour in the basin, add water to form a dough, cover it, and let it sit for ten minutes.

Put the pork filling in the pot, add chopped green onion, light soy sauce, salt, pepper noodles, monosodium glutamate, salad oil and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Pour the leek stuffing into the meat stuffing and mix well.

Divide the dough into small pieces.

Roll out the small dough into a round dough.

Put stuffing on the dough.

Start making dumplings.

Set it aside after wrapping.

Boil water in a pot, and after boiling, add dumplings.

Tips:
The water for cooking dumplings must be boiling water.
