Dumplings stuffed with pork are my family's favorite no matter in winter or summer, and it's more convenient and trouble-free. You don't have to worry about what to fry every day. There are direct staple dishes.

Dumplings

1. Add flour and water to make a slightly harder dough, then cover and wake up for about 15 minutes

2. Chop the meat, add scallion, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, condiments, eggs, oil, and salt, mix well, and then add chopped chive gourd and mix well.

3. Knead the awake dough and cut it into evenly-sized agents (I don’t use a knife very much, I use my hands directly)

4. Roll out the skin and add the stuffing directly to make dumplings

5. Squeeze the dumplings

6. Once the dumplings are cooked, you can start
