Dumplings stuffed with carrots are often eaten at home. Dumplings stuffed with coriander are not very good. I bought them a few times before and found it to taste okay, but I haven’t tried to wrap them. Some time ago, my husband’s second sister-in-law had a good harvest of cilantro in their own vegetable garden. My sister-in-law suggested to make dumplings stuffed with coriander. They said they were delicious, so I also cut some of them back to make dumplings. The taste is really good and very delicious.

Dumplings Stuffed with Carrot and Parsley

1. Carrots and lean meat are put into a blender and chopped.

2. Wash the coriander and chop it.

3. Add oil, salt, and salt to the carrot and pork filling to bake chicken noodles.

4. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and light soy sauce, dark soy sauce.

5. Pour the chopped coriander into the carrot and pork filling.

6. Beat in an egg.

7. Stir the filling thoroughly.

8. Then take the prepared dumpling wrappers and wrap the dumplings.

9. Put it in a pot and boil. After boiling, put cold water three times to cook.

Tips:

You can put more coriander, or you can put a little less until it tastes better.
