To make a dumpling, my favorite is the filling of fennel seedlings. This time I was able to buy fennel seedlings, so I made this delicious dumpling. The filling is super invincible, and my husband said it was delicious. The spring fennel seedlings are the most tender and delicious.

Dumplings Stuffed with Fennel Seedlings and Pork

1. Wash the pork and chop it into puree

2. 520 grams of flour, 3 grams of salt, 290 grams of water, and dough

3. Wash and chop the fennel seedlings

4. After mixing the pork and fennel seedlings evenly, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence and stir evenly

5. Take out the dough and divide it into equal ingredients, then roll it into dumpling wrappers

6. Put an appropriate amount of fennel meat on the dumpling wrapper to make dumplings

7. Make all the dumplings one by one

8. Boil a pot of water to cook the dumplings

Tips:

Pork is more delicious if it is thinner and fatter. Dumplings are better if they are wrapped and cooked immediately.
