Egg Filling

Divide the flour into two portions, one portion of 150g, one portion with boiling water to make lumps, one portion with cold water to make lumps, add water slowly, then mix the two portions, add 10g of oil and 2g of salt to knead into a smooth dough (I didn’t want to make it at first. Process, so there is no finished picture of two noodles.) Next to it is the flour for preparing shortbread. Add pepper and a small amount of salt. If you don’t like it, don’t add it. In fact, you can’t eat it after adding it. The dough wakes up for about 20 minutes and you can make shortbread.

Bring the oil to a boil, add it to the shortbread noodles, stir without dry powder, shortbread.

In the state of shortbread, the oil noodles are fully mixed and there is no excess oil floating.

Divide the dough into six portions and wake up for ten minutes.

Roll it out into thin slices, put on the pastry, and spread it all over~ Take a picture while doing the trouble.

Fold into long strips.

Fold it again into a quilt shape.

Start with the first one, click and roll into a rectangle.

The Haitian bean paste is added a little bit of sugar, and then a little bit of boiling water, or the sauce is too dry and it's not easy to spread the cake.

Put a little oil in the pan, heat it up and put it in the cake. After the cake has bulged up, see the picture below.

Beat the eggs, add a little salt, chicken essence, and pour the egg liquid along the bulging belly (pick it with chopsticks) in a beaked cup or measuring cup.

Turn it over, a few eggs will flow out of the hole, it’s okay, turn it over after filling the egg.

You can add ham sausage, the egg is cooked thoroughly, and the omelette is cooked too, brush the sauce.

Put in lettuce and ham sausage, roll it up~ I killed one while cooking and eating, and my husband couldn't wait to eat one too.

Finally, there are 4 remaining ~ basically zero failures, the whole process is small and medium, and if the fire is big, it is still not fully cooked.
