Egg Fried Rice

1. Prepare rice and eggs

2. Dice luncheon meat, mince ginger, chopped green onion, and slice cucumber

3. Knock the egg into the rice bowl

4. Stir evenly and loosen the lumpy rice by the way

5. Heat the frying pan and add the minced meat

6. Add minced ginger, chopped green onion and luncheon meat and stir fry for about 1 minute

7. Add cucumber and stir fry for about 1 minute, then serve

8. Hot oil pan

9. Pour the rice soaked in egg mixture

10. Fry until the eggs are cooked

11. Add other ingredients, add salt

12. Stir well, add light soy sauce and stir well

13. Add chopped green onion and stir well
