Egg Fried Rice

All kinds of side dishes are diced

Fry the eggs into golden brown, use a spatula to cut into small pieces, the smaller the better

Put the eggs out and set aside

Stir-fry diced mushrooms, diced carrots, and diced luncheon meat

Pour a little oil in the pan, pour in the rice and start to fry. The grains of the rice to be fried are distinct. My rice is not an overnight rice, it's a bit sticky.

Finally, add leeks and chives, pour the fried eggs, diced mushrooms, diced carrots, and diced luncheon meat into the pot and stir fry together. Add salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce to taste

Stir evenly and you can get out of the pot!
Tips:
It’s best to use overnight rice for egg fried rice. Put a little more oil in it, so it’s delicious.
