Early is to be fast and nutritious. I made egg pancakes for the whole family this morning. They are cleaner and taste better than the ones sold outside.

Egg Pancakes

1. Put flour, starch, salt and water in a basin and stir well for later use!

2. Beat the eggs, dice the shallots, and then evenly spread them on the batter with the sesame seeds.

3. When one side is cooked, turn it over, spread the sauce on the other side, sprinkle with chili powder and cumin powder, and add the fried sausage!

4. Fry it, roll it up and eat it!

Tips:

If you don’t like spicy food, don’t add chili powder.
