Egg Scallion Pancake

Flour, eggs, yeast powder and the dough cover the fresh-keeping film to wake up for an hour, remove the pores, and knead into a smooth dough; chop small chives and mix with oil, salt and five-spice powder for later use

Knead the dough into long strips and cut into small doughs of uniform size

Roll out each small piece of dough, pour it with scallion oil, and use a knife to cut into strips of the same width. Be careful not to cut both ends

Roll up from bottom to top to grow into strips

Tips:
In order to save time in the morning, you can put the dough in the refrigerator after the dough is made up one night and put it in the refrigerator.
