Eggplant in Red Oil

1. Wash the eggplant and set aside

2. Bring to a boil and steam for 15 minutes

3. Tear the steamed eggplant into strips and serve on a plate for later use

4. Prepare minced garlic and chopped green onion

5. Add two teaspoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon and a half sesame oil, one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, and a little pepper oil, mix well and set aside

6. Pour the seasoning evenly on the eggplant
