Eggplant in Red Oil

Wash the eggplant and set aside

Bring to a boil and steam for 15 minutes

Tear the steamed eggplant into strips and serve on a plate for later use

Prepare minced garlic and chopped green onion
5.
Add two teaspoons of light soy sauce, one teaspoon and a half sesame oil, one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, and a little pepper oil, mix well and set aside

Pour the seasoning evenly on the eggplant
