Eggplant Salad

Put the eggplant in the steamer and steam for ten minutes.

Take out the steamed eggplant and tear it by hand.

Just tear it up like this.

Cut the garlic and shallots for later use.

Put all the spices in a small bowl.

Heat oil in a pot and add garlic and shallots.

Once the garlic is fried and tastes good, you can pour it out of the pan and pour it into a seasoning bowl.

Stir evenly and pour it on top of the eggplant and it can be eaten.
