Eggplant with Minced Meat

Chop the onion, pork, garlic sprouts, green onions, carrots, and tempeh.

Cut the eggplant into strips, put it on a plate, and steam it in an electric cooker.

Put the chopped pork and toppings into the pot and fry until fragrant, adjust the flavor and thicken for later use.
