1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Cut the eryngii mushrooms into small cubes and the shallots into small pieces

3. Stir the shallots in a hot oil pan

4. Stir-fry eryngii mushrooms in a pot

5. Add some oyster sauce

6. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well

7. Wash the Babao rice and add it to the electric pressure cooker

8. Add the fried ingredients to the electric pressure cooker, pour some light soy sauce

9. Add appropriate amount of boiling water, stir the ingredients, turn on the electric and cook for 13 minutes

Tips:

1. When frying pleurotus eryngii, you don't need to fry too little, just let the mushrooms taste and volatilize the water;
2. When cooking rice, add boiling water, because there are sago in the eight-treasure rice, the sago will be broken if you use cold water to cook it.
