Evergrande Xing'an Snow Crab Congee

Take an appropriate amount of tribute rice and wash it. The rice grains are uniform and translucent, and you know that the rice is good at a glance

Put it in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, soak for 20 minutes, and simmer on a low heat, stirring constantly while boiling

While cooking the porridge, wash the snow crabs, use kitchen scissors to cut open the crab legs and crab shells, and take a part of the meat and shred it for later use

When the rice grains in the porridge are not completely popped, sprinkle the snow crab meat into the porridge, stir well and continue cooking

Just sprinkle a little chopped green onion before serving
Tips:
1. Add or not add salt and sesame oil, and the amount of crab meat can be added according to personal preference.
2. You can also add a little chicken powder and raw soy sauce to taste and color. If you feel light in your mouth, just eat the original flavor.
