Fairy Ball

1. Wash the golden needle and cut it into two pieces for later use, and slice the garlic.

2. Mince the fatty pork and set aside.

3. Put a large bowl of broth in the pot. "When there is no broth, you can put some lard to preheat and add water to boil instead." Then put the chopped meat into small balls and boil it in the pot before adding the golden needles. Cook them together, about 5 minutes and sprinkle the chopped green onion to start the pot! Oh, I almost forgot to add a little ginger when chopping meat!
