Farmhouse Braised Seafood

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces, open the back of the sea prawns to remove the shrimp threads, remove the scallops from the shell and wash them, cut the cooked corn into chunks, cut the green onion, smash the garlic, and cut the parsley into small pieces;

Put the corn segments into the pot;

Put in an appropriate amount of water, without any ingredients;

Add appropriate amount of salt according to your taste;

Flip the ingredients a few times to evenly dissolve the salt, then cover the pot and simmer for a while;

Stew until the pumpkin is soft and waxy;
15.
Put in an appropriate amount of coriander just before it is out of the pot;
Tips:
1. Pumpkin pieces should be moderate in size, not too big or too small, add more water, and leave some soup at the end to be delicious;
2. The dosage of various condiments should be adjusted according to your own taste.
