Farmhouse Steamed Pork

Choose the front leg of pork, wash the meat and cut into thin slices of 0.5 cm

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into hob blocks

Put the cut meat into a large bowl, add minced ginger, 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons salad oil and marinate for 20 minutes

Add steamed meat powder to the marinated meat, so that each piece of meat is evenly coated with steamed meat powder, then add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix well

Find a large bowl and put the cut potatoes into the bowl, add 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and mix well with the potatoes

Spread the pork belly coated with steamed meat powder evenly on the potatoes without pressing tightly, so that it is easy to steam.

Boil the water in the pot and steam the bowl containing the potatoes and meat for 60 minutes. Don’t use a pressure cooker to avoid overpressure and it will not taste good.
Tips:
1. It is more convenient to slice meat after freezing;
2. Potatoes can also be replaced with other dishes, pumpkin and taro are good;
3. Steamed meat powder has different flavors, which can be selected according to personal taste.
