Fern Root Powder

The soaked fern root powder is boiled and drained in cold water for later use

Balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, chili oil, monosodium glutamate, sugar, and crushed peanuts.

Pour in the balsamic vinegar sauce and sprinkle with chopped chives and Thai pepper
4.
Put more sesame oil and balsamic vinegar to taste
Tips:
Fern root powder should be soaked in cold water for an hour or it will not be cooked
