Filled Pork Roll

Cut the meat deeply (don't cut it) and spread it out into large pieces on both sides. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Dice the big red pepper, onion, green onion, and dried tomatoes.

Put it in a blender, add appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, and stir into puree.

Spread the mixed vegetable paste on the meat.

Roll the meat and tie it with string. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the outside of the meat.

Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until cooked. Let cool, cut into pieces, and serve with the sauce.
