I have seen making fish-flavored bake eggs on TV before, and I think I like it. I always want to try it myself, but I think the method on TV is more special and may not suit my taste, so I follow my own habit of making fish-coriander. It was remodeled a bit, and then, there is today’s fragrant fish-scented baked eggs.
But today the bake is not very good, some look like scrambled eggs, mainly because when I started to bake the eggs, I looked at the watch and found that I was about to miss the car, so the fire was a little bigger and I was a little anxious to turn over. It stands to reason that when baking eggs, you must turn on a small fire, close the lid and slowly bake them. "

Fish-flavored Baked Eggs

1. Soak shiitake mushrooms in warm water, cut into small cubes, and chop bamboo shoots (or horseshoe).

2. Chopped vegetables of various colors.

3. Mince pork (or chicken).

4. Cut green onions, ginger, and garlic.

5. Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger and garlic, and fry the minced meat until it is broken.

6. Add shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and oyster sauce.

7. After frying, put half of it in the egg.

8. Add a little more oil to the rest, then add bean paste and saute until fragrant.

9. Add cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and water to a boil.

10. Add various vegetables, thicken, and serve.

11. Add a little starch to the eggs and beat them up.

12. Put oil in the pot, add eggs, turn off the heat, cover and simmer, turn over and continue to simmer after setting, and serve. (If there is a lot of oil, you can use kitchen paper to suck it up), cut into pieces (I used a shovel to cut it up directly today, ha ha)

13. Add the fish spices and you're ready to eat!
