Fish-flavored Eggplant Pot
1.
Wash the eggplant
2.
The eggplant is peeled and cut into strips at intervals. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of salt to marinate. This action prevents the eggplant from being peeled and exposed to air to oxidize and turn black.
3.
Wash the chili and cut into circles, cilantro as you like
4.
Crush the garlic, add salt, chicken powder, abalone sauce, corn starch, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and dough sauce in a bowl to make a sauce for later use
5.
Minced pork, add some salt to marinate for a while, heat up a pan, add minced meat and garlic until fragrant
6.
Rinse the eggplant, squeeze out the water, pour it into the pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes, sprinkle the peppers, pour in the adjusted sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly
7.
Put some cooking oil in the casserole and put the eggplant in the pot
8.
Cover the pot and cook for 3-5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion and start
Tips:
The sauce itself is salty enough, so you can season it when you cook it. There is no salted fish in the house. It is even more pungent if it is served with salted fish that is fried and boneless.
