Flavored Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and make a few strokes with a knife to make the marinade easy to taste.

Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and monosodium glutamate, and marinate for four hours.

After four hours, put the chicken wings on the baking tray and lay them out.

. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 5 minutes. Add chicken wings and bake for 20 minutes. Be sure to wear gloves...be careful of hot hands

This is about 10 minutes, take it out and turn it over.
6.
Slightly out of the oven~~ Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning. . . Fresh and juicy, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
