This year I planted some northern varieties of fruit radish. This fruit radish tastes slightly sweet and has no pungent taste. It can be eaten as fruit. Today, I pulled two fruit radishes from the ground and made some taste of my own imagination and used it in the morning. Served with porridge, I didn't expect it to be very good. It was the taste I thought: hemp, spicy, fragrant and crisp! "

3. Remove both ends of the radish and scrub it.

4. Cut the radishes into even long strips and put them in the pot.

5. Add eight spoons of salt.

6. Mix the radishes with salt and marinate overnight.

7. Now the radish has already released moisture and is also delicious.

8. Pour the pickled radishes into a gauze bag, tie the knots and put them in the washing machine to dry the water. (The gauze bag is specially made for making pickles)

9. Spread the dried radish evenly on the panel, and place it on a sunny window sill for two days. (This drying time is only suitable for the northern climate, because the north is sunny and the air is dry)

10. After two days, the radishes are dried with moisture, and the seasoning can be added.

11. Add two spoons of white wine, three spoons of pepper oil, three spoons of sesame oil, two spoons of sesame red pepper oil, two spoons of sugar, one spoon of pepper noodles, one spoon of five-spice powder, half a spoon of chicken essence, and half a spoon of monosodium glutamate to the dried radish. Grab evenly.

12. Put the mixed spicy dried radish into a clean crisper and store in the refrigerator.

13. After two days, my spicy dried radish will be ready to eat.
