Cut the cleaned chicken breast into rectangular slices about 6 cm in length and 4 cm in width. The peanuts are cooked in a microwave oven and let cool to make them crispy.

Mix the chicken slices with egg white, wine, and cornstarch. The peanuts are crushed in a blender, and the cooked lard, salt, and chicken essence are mixed to form fillings.

Take a piece of chicken and add peanut stuffing.

After everything is done, roll it in cornstarch so that it is covered with cornstarch.

Put it in a frying pan and fry it.

Remove the oil after deep-fried until the shape is finalized.

Leave some base oil in the pot, add tomato sauce, sugar, a little salt, water, and pour some white vinegar.

Tips:
1. The peanuts are best pressed with a rolling pin. I am lazy, and the peanuts are broken with a blender. If they are thicker, they will taste better.
2. Be sure to stay by the side when frying, and set the shape. I just fry it a bit too much, and the chicken is a bit chai.
