Here is a meal that I heard that it is very popular in a Japanese restaurant in Singapore based on the recipe of Melancholy Potato. There are many people in line every day. I think it’s because this noodle will "fly" 😄"

Flying Noodles

1. All the main ingredients are ready.

2. The main material is shredded, shredded, cut into sections, sliced into slices. ^_^

3. I don’t like the hard feeling of carrots, so every time there are carrots, I have to put some oil and fry them in advance😄
