Foie Gras Fried Rice

Cut the foie gras into small cubes for later use;

Carrots are peeled and cut into dices, celery is washed and tendons are removed and cut into dices;

Beat the eggs, add oil, salt, and chopped green onion, stir-fry them in a pan, and serve;

Add oil to the pan, fry the carrots and celery in the pan, add salt to taste;
5.
Add rice and stir well;
6.
Stir in soy sauce;
7.
Stir the fried eggs and foie gras in the pan, and sprinkle the chopped green onion at the end!
