Fragrant and Crispy Potato Pancakes
1.
Peel the potatoes and grind them into a puree with tools. You can smash them with a food processor without tools.
2.
Drain the water, put in the ginger, garlic and chives, then add salt, chicken powder and white pepper and mix well
3.
Boil the oil to 70% hot and put the mashed potatoes in a medium-low fire. I put more oil, because I use the lard made by myself. If you don’t have lard, use a non-stick pan and put a little bit of edible frying. Relatively healthy
4.
Fry on one side and then turn over and fry, about 3 minutes per side
5.
If you need softness, just fry on medium heat for 2 minutes.
6.
It's so delicious, everyone loves it
7.
My daughter likes to eat too
Tips:
Add seasonings according to your own preferences. If you like the original flavor, add some salt and chicken essence.
