French Almond Pear Pie

Stir in room temperature butter with sugar

Continue to pour the eggs and stir for a while, add the flour, a little salt (salt can improve the sweetness) and stir until evenly

Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes

After refrigerating, take it out and roll it out and place it on the pie pan. To prevent the pie from swelling, insert some holes with a fork.

Put some grains on top of the baking paper to press the pie, put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes

Peel the pear and remove the pit. First cut half of the pear, and then turn the half-cut pear upside down. Cut into small pieces as shown in the picture.

Boil the pot, add 1L of water, add sugar, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, vanilla

Put in the freshly cut pears

Cover the top with baking paper, and then cover the pot and cook for about 15-20 minutes.

Put butter, sugar, eggs, and almond flour in a bowl and mix well

Put the stewed pears and bake them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
Don't throw away the leftover egg whites. You can put them in a bag or box and put them in the freezer of the refrigerator. When you use the egg whites for other baking, take them out an hour or two in advance and let them melt at room temperature~~~
