Fresh meat wontons are fragrant, and if you have time, freeze them in the refrigerator. Is it convenient to cook them when you eat?

Fresh Meat Wonton

1. Add a little water to the minced meat and beat it up.

2. Add the chopped green onion and minced ginger.

3. Add all the above seasonings.

4. Stir well.

5. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and place it on your hand, and put an appropriate amount of meat filling in the middle. (I buy ready-made wonton wrappers, or you can roll or press it yourself)

6. As shown in the picture or fold it in half.

7. Pinched end to end.

8. All wrapped up.

9. Add water to a boil in the pot, add the wontons and cook for a few minutes.

10. Pour in the egg liquid when it is almost cooked.

11. Add a little salt, chicken essence and sesame oil before serving.

12. Sprinkle with chopped coriander.

13. Enjoy it beautifully.

Tips:

If you feel that the noodles are too dry when wrapping, you can get some water on your fingers.
