Fried Abalone with Crab Mushroom
1.
All the materials are washed and cut for later use

Stir-fry minced ginger and garlic in hot oil

Add crab mushrooms
4.
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry until softened, remove and set aside

In a separate pot, add minced ginger garlic and chopped pepper
6.
Add green pepper shreds
7.
Add abalone and stir fry
8.
Pour into the rice wine
9.
Drenched in light soy sauce
10.
Add crab mushrooms
11.
Add the shallots and salt and stir well
Tips:
1. I fry the crab-flavored mushrooms first to save too much soup in the stir-fry.
2. If you don't like spicy food, you can leave out chili
3. Rice wine can be replaced by cooking wine
