Fried Bean Sprouts with Sliced Pork

Wash the bean sprouts; wash the pork and slice it, then marinate it with salt, cornstarch, chicken powder, light soy sauce, and crude oil for 2 hours.

Put a small amount of oil in the pot, heat up, add the meat slices and fry until the color changes, then serve.
