Fried Belly Slices

Rinse the tripe you bought and boil it in water for later use.

Put cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce (appropriate amount of each), ginger slices, green onion, star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit, pepper, rock sugar, etc. into the basin.

Put it in a pressure cooker and cook for 15 to 20 minutes (as needed).

Cook the tripe and let it cool.

Cut the tripe into diagonal slices, green and red pepper slices, ginger, and minced garlic.
