Fried Buns

Cut the steamed buns into small pieces,

Add a small amount of salt and water to the eggs and beat them evenly.

Wash the green peppers and cut into strips.

Wash the red pepper and cut into strips,

The onion is also cut into strips,

Pour the egg liquid into the steamed buns,

Try to cover the steamed buns with egg liquid,

Fry the steamed buns with a spoonful of oil to brown them.

In another pot, sauté the scallion and ginger with less oil,
