Fried Celery with Bean Curd

Prepare the ingredients, pick and wash the celery, soak the tofu skin (about 20 minutes).

Cut celery into sections, chop green onions, and cut long bean skins.

Heat the oil and fry the garlic flowers until fragrant.

Add the bean curd and stir fry.

Add light soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, chicken essence, and finally add celery and stir fry a few times (forgot to take the picture).

Finished product.
