Fried Chicken Breast

Three yellow chickens slaughtered;

Divide the whole chicken according to the chicken breasts, leg wings, and chicken racks, and tear off the chicken rim oil.

Take two chicken breasts;

Cut into long thin strips;

Put the cooking wine and grab it, add salt, monosodium glutamate, black pepper and starch moistened with water.

Soak ginger, soaked sharp pepper and cut into strips, and cut shallots into sections.

Bring water to a boil, put the chicken breast strips on low heat;
