Fried Chicken Chop

Slice the chicken, stick a few times on the top with the tip of a knife, and chop a few times with the back of the knife, for the flavor! Add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, white pepper, five-spice powder, marinate for half a day

Prepare egg liquid, starch, bread crumbs (I don’t have bread crumbs, the steamed buns used are peeled, dried and crushed)

The chicken slices are soaked in starch, slipped into the egg liquid, and come out to stick to the breadcrumbs

Put it in an electric baking pan, in order to reduce the oil, the frying is changed to frying

Fry until golden on both sides
