Fried Chicken Chop

Chicken slices, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, white pepper, five-spice powder, marinate for half a day

Prepare egg liquid, starch, bread crumbs (I don’t have bread crumbs, the steamed buns used are peeled, dried and crushed)

The chicken slices are soaked in starch, slipped into the egg liquid, and come out to stick to the breadcrumbs
