Fried Chicken Hearts with Snow Peas

Wash the surface of the chicken heart.

Pinched snow peas to remove their heads and tails.
3.
Bring water to a boil and blanch snow peas

The blanched snow peas are put in cold water and set aside.

Use a knife to slice open the chicken heart and clean the blood clots inside.

Boil the chicken heart until it is ripe for use.

Raise a frying pan, high heat, and sauté ginger and red pepper.

Stir-fry the chicken heart for a while, then add the cooking wine along the side of the pot.

Add snow peas to the pot.

Stir-fry snow peas and chicken hearts evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, and season the light soy sauce.
