Fried Crab with Basil

Place the Wedelia in the sink and rinse.

Wash the perilla leaves and cut the ginger onions.
3.
Heat oil in a pot, sauté the ginger spring onion and dried chili.
4.
Put the crabs in the pot and stir fry.
5.
After the shell of the crab turns red, pour the rice wine along the path.

Add perilla leaves, add salt, light soy sauce, and boil for a few minutes in some water.
7.
Just add some water starch to thicken the cooked crabs.

The delicious little crab is out of the pot
