Fried Crab with Green Onion and Ginger

Thaw the crabs, clean them with a brush, and rinse them repeatedly

Steam on a drawer for 5-10 minutes

Crabs chopped into pieces

Green onion ginger cut into pieces

Hot oil pan, sauté scallions and ginger

Add crab pieces and stir fry
7.
Add salt, pepper, a small amount of soy sauce for cooking wine to taste, and serve.
Tips:
1. Be careful not to over-steam crabs when steaming.
2. Crabs are cold ingredients, and ginger can be added a little more.
