Fried Crab with Kimchi

Ingredients: crab (washed), kimchi, ginger slices

Remove the cleaned crabs to remove the shells and cut the gills with scissors and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Afterwards, put in the packed crabs and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and boil until cooked.

Then, add the kimchi and stir fry.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
