Fried Crispy Pork
1.
Prepare a piece of pork and wash it
2.
Cut the meat into thick slices as shown in the picture
3.
Add auxiliary materials other than the (batter) to the cut meat slices, and grab them with your hands.
4.
Grab a little longer to lock in the moisture of the meat, so that the meat will be very tender and not burnt at all.
5.
Now make the batter part, pour in all the batter ingredients
6.
Stir until there are no particles and thick, as shown in the figure
7.
Frying pan
8.
After the temperature rises with the oil, wrap a piece of meat in the batter and put it into the oil pan, repeat this action until the meat is fried
9.
(I don’t know if the oil temperature is up, you can put a small piece in and try it first. The bubbling in the picture is suitable)
10.
Fry until it's light yellow and take it out. After the fry, you can take it out first.
11.
After all the meat is fried once, re-fry it again until it is golden brown and fished out
12.
In contrast, the colander is after re-fried, and the color on the plate is slightly lighter for the first time.
13.
This is done, sprinkle some sesame seeds and enjoy it. Dip it in tomato sauce or sea pepper noodles to taste even better.
14.

Tips:
1 Adding egg whites when marinating meat can better protect the moisture of the meat itself from being lost, and other meats can also be marinated in this way
2 I added an egg yolk and a whole egg to the batter, so that the color of the fried things will be better. Just use an egg or replace it with the same amount of milk or water. It can also be about 50 grams
3 After the oil of the fried meat is filtered, it tastes good when it is mixed with vegetables and noodles.
