Fried Cucumber with Tofu Skin

1. Pour oil into the pot, add garlic and fry until fragrant.

Pour in the cut tofu skin and stir fry for a while.

Add the cucumber shreds.

Pour some light soy sauce.
5.
Pour some oyster sauce and mix well.

Add salt at the end.
Tips:
1. Cucumbers tend to wilt after being fried for a long time, so they should be out of the pan as soon as possible after they are put in.
2. If the salt is put early, the cucumbers will easily leak out, so put them last.
