Fried Eggplant in Big Bone Soup

The eggplant is fried and sliced.

Cut the pepper. Scallion and ginger.

Minced garlic.

Put oil in the pot, add pepper and aniseed.

Add green onion and ginger.

Add the sweet noodle sauce. Soy sauce.

Add eggplant and stir fry evenly.

Add the bone broth, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.

Add chili.
