I have heard of using fried dough sticks for cooking before, but I have never tried it. I always feel that it tastes weird. I tried it this time and it tastes very good. The fried dough sticks are very charred, crispy and very fragrant.

Fried Fried Dough Stick with Garlic Sprouts

1. Prepare the required materials.

2. Add scallions, ginger, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper to the minced meat

3. Then mix well.

4. Cut the fried dough sticks into small pieces, slice the carrots, and cut the garlic into long pieces with an oblique knife.

5. Pour the oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the fried dough sticks and stir-fry them crisply, and then serve.

6. Stir-fry the minced pork in the original pot.

Tips:

You tiao must be re-fried and fried to make it delicious.
