Fried Fungus with Broccoli

Soak the fungus one day in advance;

Wash the soaked fungus with warm water, remove the stalk, and set aside;

Broccoli is broken into small flowers by hand and washed;

Boil in boiling water for 3~5 minutes, add a few drops of vegetable oil and salt at the same time, remove the cold water, drain the water, and set aside;

Dice onion, shred ginger, set aside;

Pan with cold oil, add onion and ginger to sauté;

Add fungus, monosodium glutamate and soy sauce and stir fry evenly;

Add broccoli and stir fry evenly;
