Fried Gluten with Coriander

1. Wash the gluten and tear it into strips.

2. Clean the coriander and cut it into sections.

3. Mince garlic and cut dried chili into sections.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and dried chilies, and stir fragrant.
