Fried Gluten with Light Pepper and Peanuts

Ingredients: gluten (teared), light pepper (stemmed eggplant cleaned and cut open), peanuts (cooked).

Put the torn gluten and the cut bell peppers into a pot of clean water, blanch them, and remove them.

Pour oil in a pot to heat, stir fry the blanched gluten, light pepper and cooked peanuts.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Stir-fry well and serve.
