Fried Ham

First adjust the sauce: chili powder, cumin, white sesame seeds, tomato sauce, light soy sauce each spoonful, add a little salt and sugar to the heavy taste.

The ham sausage cutter, I cut it in half when I was small. After the oil is 50% hot, add the ham sausage, turning it constantly to prevent adhesion.

I forgot to put the white sesame seeds at first. Now I put the white sesame seeds in the sauce and pour the hot oil of the freshly fried ham sausage. After stirring it evenly, roll the ham sausage inside and dip it in the sauce. If you have conditions, you can also use a small brush to brush the sauce.

Tips:
The most basic sauces are white sesame, chili noodles, and cumin. Add a little salt and pour in hot oil to make it delicious. Personally, I feel that ketchup is the finishing touch~
